    Please allow up to 2 business days for a response to your inquiry.

    We are working hard to process and ship all orders as soon as they are received. Tracking numbers are confirmed as soon as orders ship. Orders “awaiting fulfillment” are being processed by our warehouse and will be shipped soon.

    We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. For holiday orders, please order early to allow time for processing and standard shipping.

    Cancel an Order

    Please contact us to cancel you order. If it has not been processed by our fulfillment center we will attempt to stop the shipment.  We cannot guarantee a cancellation after orders are placed.

    Card companies usually take 3 to 5 days to return the payment back into your account. However, it can take 2 or 3 billing cycles for the refund to show up on your printed credit card statement. Please check with your credit card company.

    To Return a Product

    Full price items are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of package delivery. Sale items are not returnable.

    Returned items must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition, and must be returned with original tags and packaging.

    To return an item(s) for a refund just send it to the address below with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items.

    To Return a Damaged or Wrong Product

    If the return is due to a damaged item, or a packing error on our part, the return shipping cost will be refunded to you. These refunds will be for standard AUS shipping only and will be for no more than the total shipping amount charged to the customer when the order was placed. Packages sent back using expedited shipping will not receive a full postage refund.

    Because of our fluctuating inventory we cannot offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to make an exchange we recommend returning your item for a refund and purchasing a new item to exchange it.

    Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability or immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

    Orders over $100 ship for FREE. 

    Processing and Handling Notice (unless stated as a pre-order): Please allow 2-3 business days on top of the shipping time below. Once your order is placed on our website, please allow for the order to be processed with a shipping label printed, prepared and packed, ready for shipping. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping method. Thank you!


    For domestic addresses allow 2-5 days for shipping. 

    For more rural areas it could take a little bit longer (1-2 weeks). 

    For international deliveries the estimate is 10-18 business days.
